Machete skateboards presents our latest feat in the middle of the "jungle."
It's a photo shoot in a barrier built under the D.I.Y. philosophy (Courtesy of Anxo and Sam).
For those not up to date with D.I.Y. (Do it yourself), it's about building your own skateable modules. Because in our city, like in many others, the construction of skateparks is a pipe dream. Coincidentally, the topic is only discussed once the most important skateboarding championship in the peninsula, O Marisquiño, has ended, promising the moon and the stars regarding facilities and tracks. But once the day is over, the party's over, and the topic is no longer discussed because it's no longer news, and we're back to square one: not a single decent track for skateboarding in the entire city of Vigo. A city where the most important national skateboarding championship and one of the most important in Europe is held. It is also currently part of the WCS world circuit.
We assume that for some people, it's more important to strand ships in the middle of roundabouts than to support sports and future talents in this discipline.
Well, after rambling for a while… hehehe… we return to the photo shoot by Janite in the municipality of Beade with Cuchillás as the protagonist.
To our surprise, we witnessed his mutation from blades to a lycanthrope! In contact with this natural environment, he began to emit howls and sounds that were not of this world! In our ears, we heard a macabre laugh, similar to a roar, sounding incessantly, an endless hunger for blood and souls. The devil's laughter dominated him.
Contrary to popular belief, lycanthropes are not human beings who mutate into wolves, but ordinary people who are possessed by an unstoppable bloodlust and are forced to annihilate everything around them in a murderous frenzy. That doesn't mean they are bad people; it just means it's better not to cross paths with them.
