Maroña Indoor: Last Saturday, the first indoor bowl in Galicia was inaugurated, thanks to Ivan Maroño (Maroña Skateboards), we can now enjoy curves and speed in northwestern Galicia.
The construction was carried out by Ivan personally with the help of some "riders" from his "team." The finish of the ramp is very close to perfection, with a perfectly designed transition, a luxurious coping… A real treat of a ramp!!!!
The inauguration was attended by people from almost all over Galicia and even Asturias, with the presence of one of the builders of the Asturian bowl, AK-55.
The doors opened a little before 4 p.m., which was the perfect time for a session with some calm… hehehe… Little by little, that "Noah's Ark" (as Pupas says… hahaha) filled with a lot of sweat and excitement!!!!!!
A couple of "PURE SURFING" boards were raffled for the best runs of the day.
Thanks to Ivan for the beers and food. This man should be canonized; he not only builds us an amazing bowl!!!! He also gives us drinks and food… hehehe
The indoor facility is open Monday to Friday from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM and Saturdays and Sundays from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The entrance fee is €5 daily or €30 per month for a membership, allowing you to have as many sessions as you want.
Skateboarding classes will also be offered for €45 per month (healthy snack included). Classes will be held on Saturdays and Sundays from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
