Documenting the "Outlaws Motorcycle Club of Chicago" between 1963 and 1967.
Photojournalist Danny Lyon immersed himself in the biker scene. For four years, Danny traveled across the US landscape, capturing scenes of races, long-distance bikers, and informal gatherings shown in raw black and white.
His subject became a good friendship. The close relationship with them allowed him to capture images that faithfully represented the reality of the time.
The photos "The Bikeriders" will be exhibited for the first time in the UK, at the Atlas Gallery in London, accompanied by re-editions and original series distributed in 1968.
