BMW CAFERACER SUBFRAME

The BMW Cafe Racer subframes we have for sale here are handcrafted from 30 mm diameter iron tubing with a 3 mm wall thickness, making them perfectly capable of supporting the weight of one or two people on the BMW Cafe Racer subframe.

It is anchored to the original chassis with four 8 mm bolts
and their respective MB nuts.

It has a small plate with two holes at the back to attach
the fender.

The BMW Cafe Racer subframe comes with a 1.5 mm thick stainless
steel base plate, weighing approximately 700g, and is attached to the chassis
with four 6 mm bolts.

With this base plate, you can create your own seat, or if you
prefer, we also have a craftsman who makes them using first-class materials
and with perfect finishes. These are custom seats, meaning you can choose the
type of leather, the seat height, or the stitched pattern on the top.

We have two sizes for the BMW Cafe Racer subframe, one 54 cm
and one 59 cm, both perfectly adapted to all BMW R models with dual shock
absorbers. The BMW Cafe Racer subframe anchors to the exact same bolts as the
original subframe, so you can convert your stock motorcycle into a BMW Cafe
Racer and always return it to its original state if you wish.

It is delivered unpainted by default. We recommend painting it
as close to the original chassis as possible so that there is barely any tonal
difference.

The BMW Cafe Racer subframe is not compatible with R models
with a single shock absorber and a seat plate.

This is the easiest way to transform your BMW into a cafe racer without homologation or ITV (technical inspection) issues. By removing just four bolts and the respective lighting wiring, you can have your original motorcycle back in just 15 minutes. If you have any questions, please contact us at info@machetecompany.es.
